New Multiple Installation System

The MI System is a multiple installation system for obtaining maximum Performance from MIURA boilers.

The operating efficiency of the entire System is improved by operating only the boilers required, with automatic back up, should a boiler go off line.

The system be flexibly expanded simply by adding additional units, up to a maximum of 15.

Flexible Design System Up to 15 boilers can be tied together on one master panel. Planners can buy only the boilers they need currently and easily add boilers as the plant expands in the future so that valuable resources can be used for other projects. A pressure sensor quickly senses pressure swing in the header. The master panel,MP1sends an ON or OFF signals to the boiler MI controller, MT1. The Master Panel brings boilers on line only when needed in order to match high load patterns, even during low load demands-for the highest possible In-Service efficiencies. The Master Panel brings back-up boilers on line automatically, in the rare chance a boiler breaks down, for a safe reliable steam supply. Combustion patterns can be programmed by the operator to match your Plant's load pattern.

Advance Control Sequence Boilers are automatically turned on and off to match steam demand to ensure high system efficiency.

Save Energy & Space Miura Boiler's MI-System, in combination with the MI-Controller, has been developed to save energy, money and space. Conventional firetube systems result in wasted radiation loses because of constant firing. The Miura boiler will make full steam within 5 minutes making it easy to tie boilers in a multiple installation to act as one large boiler. When large load swing occur, only those on line .The result is fuel saving and waste reductions.
